“” Little Joe”” Steak Sandwich
From Guadalajara comes this variation of the steak sandwich called “” El Pepito”” or “” Little Joe.”” Warm prepared steak, very finely cut, is offered on a crisp roll and also spread with avacado sauce (guacamole) as well as refried beans. Chile or taco sauce replaces steak sauce.
