Banana-Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
1 mug nonfat ordinary yogurt
1Â 1/2 ripe bananas, peeled off, cut
1 mug bitter pineapple juice
10 ice
3 tablespoon gold brownish sugar
PREP WORK:
Area yogurt in tiny dish; cover and also freeze a minimum of 6 hrs or approximately 2 days.
Transfer ice cream to blender or food processor. Include bananas, pineapple juice, ice, and also brownish sugar and also mix up until smooth. Separate amongst 4 glasses.
